• 4 servers during food service: 2 for serving and 2 for general guest service.
• After food service, 2 servers will continue providing general service and maintaining the cleanliness and order of the venue and restrooms.
• Venue-designated staff for beverage service.
• Ice throughout the event.

Cake

• Cake for the contracted guest count.
• Cake presentation table with linen.
• Display stand.
• Plates and forks for cake service.
• Cake cutting and serving service.

Dessert Table Display

• Elegant dessert table setup with round, mirrored display stands and crystal accents. Display stands only; desserts are not included.

Food & Cake Tasting

• Food and cake tasting scheduled on a Sunday, approximately 1–2 months before the event date.

Coordination, Setup & Design

• Event coordinator for setup and logistics.
• Coordination of table and chair layout.
• Assistance with organizing the event program and timeline.
• Design and planning of décor according to the event theme and style.

Music, Lighting & Entertainment

• Professional DJ & MC during the contracted event hours—providing music, making announcements, leading toasts, and coordinating the timeline and flow of the celebration.
• Sound and lighting system.
• Digital Photo Booth for 3 hours.
• Video Phone Guestbook for guests to leave personal video messages.
• Dancing on the Clouds and 2 Cold Sparks for the waltz or special dance with parents.
• 1½-hour rehearsal at the venue for the waltz or special dance, by appointment.
